Email us the following registration documents.
You will need to send:
1. your child's recent health certificate.
2. your child's immunization records or exemption form (which can be obtained at your county health department office.)
If your religious convictions conflict with this, please send us an email.
Be sure to include your student's first and last name in the subject line when you email these documents and on all correspondence.
Once we receive your information we will contact you by email with your registration information and we will send an invoice at that time.
Your students are not considered registered until paperwork and payment have been received.
